Puvi cold pressed sesame oil is less dense, not too pungent, smoother than others and while still being potent. Children to elders can enjoy – whether it’s to cook or for a body massage. The oil is unrefined and naturally clarified. This keeps nutrients intact. The oil may appear a bit cloudy or have tiny sediments at the bottom of bottle; but it is not a cause of concern.

A Hint Of Flavor

Add a teaspoon of the oil in a heated wok, tip in chopped vegetables of your choice, add seasonings and herbs and stir-fry for a few minutes before serving.

Vinaigrette for Salads

Whisk 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, soy sauce and honey each. Toss in some roasted sesame seed and seasoning. Add it to your salads and marinades.

Sautéing

Sesame oil is well suited for low and medium temperature cooking. PUVI sesame oil is great for sautéing, dosa, variety rice, poriyal, veg side dishes, gravy, sambar, chutneys etc.
